Life Beyond the Studio is a blog to share experiences from both inside and outside dance studio walls.
This blog was inspired by a transition from contracted ballet training to freelance contemporary dancing.
As dancers we tend to get entrapped in thinking the studio is our whole world, but this site hopes to share knowledge of finding balance between the dance world and everyday life.
THE GOAL
I had to relearn how to dance not for the purpose of pleasing people, but instead to work from a place of passion and simple love for the art.
